Design Policy

Project Management


We will begin each project with a consultation to determine the client's needs and preferences. We will discuss the project goals, timeline, and budget with the client to ensure that we are on the same page. All consultations begin with a nonrefundable deposit to block out time and resources.


Based on the consultation, we will provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope of the project, deliverables, timeline, and estimated costs. The proposal will also include any revisions or add-ons that the client may request.

Design Process

We will create a design concept or multiple concepts, depending on the project scope, and present them to the client for feedback. We will work with the client to refine the design until it meets their expectations.


We will allow the client to request up to 2 rounds of revisions to the design, as outlined in the proposal. Any additional revisions beyond the allotted rounds will be charged at an hourly rate.

Final Design:

Once the final design is approved, we will provide the client with all necessary files and deliverables as outlined in the proposal. We will also ensure that the client is satisfied with the final design and provide any necessary support.

Copyright & Ownership

We will retain the copyright to all original design concepts and artwork created by our team. However, we will grant the client a license to use the final design for their intended purposes. We will also provide options for the client to purchase full ownership of the design for an additional fee.



We do not have an hourly rate for our design services, instead we offer project-based pricing. This pricing will be based on the design, the scope of the project, our consultation, as well as any additional costs such as stock imagery, printing, etc.

Retainer Agreements

We offer retainer agreements for clients who require ongoing graphic design services. Retainer agreements are customized to each client's needs and may include a set number of hours per month, a set fee per project, or a combination of both.

Payment Schedule

For projects with a total cost of under $300 we require full payment upfront. Bigger projects over $300 require a deposit of 50% of the total cost to secure the start date. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project. We have payment plan options and they are set during the initial consultation.


We will provide clients with an itemized invoice outlining all services provided and associated costs. Invoices will be sent via email

Late Payments

In the event of a late payment, we reserve the right to charge interest on the outstanding balance at a rate of 4%. We may also suspend work on the project until payment is received.

Additional Charges

Any additional charges such as stock imagery, printing costs, or rush fees will be outlined in the project proposal and approved by the client before work begins.

Client Communication


We will respond to client emails or phone calls within 24-48 hours during business hours [ Monday-Thursday, 11 am- 6pm. ] 


We will schedule meetings with clients via phone or video conference, as needed. We will confirm meeting times and locations with clients at least 24 hours in advance.


We prefer to communicate with clients via email or phone.

Project Updates

We will provide regular updates to clients on the status of their project, including any milestones or deadlines. We will also communicate any delays or changes to the project timeline as soon as possible.


We welcome client feedback and will provide opportunities for clients to review and provide feedback on project drafts and designs. We will consider all feedback provided by the client and will work to incorporate it into the final design.


We understand the importance of confidentiality in the design process and will keep all client information and project details confidential. We will also ask clients to sign a non-disclosure agreement if necessary.

Customer Service


We view our client relationships as partnerships, and will work collaboratively with our clients to create designs that meet their needs and preferences. We will provide multiple design options and allow for client feedback and revisions.


We will conduct ourselves in a professional manner at all times, treating clients with respect and courtesy. We will listen to their concerns and address them promptly and professionally.


We understand that our clients have deadlines to meet, and we will work diligently to ensure that we meet project deadlines. We will keep clients informed of any changes in the project timeline and work with them to adjust if necessary.


We are committed to producing high-quality designs that meet our clients' expectations. We will provide design concepts that are creative, unique, and aligned with the client's vision.

We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a satisfaction guarantee to our clients. If a client is not satisfied with our work, we will work with them to make revisions until they are satisfied.
