Bronze: Consultation: Brief discussion to understand your business and design preferences. Concepts: One initial logo design concept provided. Revisions: One round of revisions based on your feedback. Silver: Consultation: Detailed discussion to capture your brand's vision and goals. Concepts: Three unique logo design concepts presented. Revisions: Two free rounds of revisions after the sketch stage to refine your chosen concept. Gold: Consultation: In-depth consultation to fully understand your brand and objectives. Concepts: Five distinct logo design concepts to choose from. Revisions: Unlimited revisions on your selected design for perfecting details. Final Deliverables: High-resolution files in multiple formats for various uses and a Logo guide. Each package is designed to ensure your logo perfectly represents your brand.

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our Logo Design Service. Please review our policy to ensure a smooth and satisfactory design process. 1. Service Packages Basic Package: Includes a consultation, one logo design concept, and one free round of revisions. Standard Package: Includes a detailed consultation, three logo design concepts, and two free rounds of revisions. Premium Package: Includes an in-depth consultation, five logo design concepts, unlimited revisions on the selected design, mockups and a logo guide. 2. Consultation Scheduling: Consultations are scheduled upon receipt of payment. Ensure all relevant details about your brand are provided to maximize the effectiveness of the consultation. 3. Design Concepts & Revisions Initial Concepts: Concepts will be delivered within the agreed timeframe. Revisions: Revisions must be requested within 2 days of receiving the initial concepts. Additional revisions beyond the package limit are charged hourly $50/hr. Final Approval: The final logo design will be delivered after approval and any final adjustments are made. 4. Payment Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to initiate the design process. This deposit secures your spot and will be applied to your total fee. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due before delivery of the final logo files. 5. Delivery Final Files: High-resolution files and print files will be provided in multiple formats. Ensure you review and request any additional formats before final delivery. 6. Cancellation & Refunds Cancellation: Cancellations must be made in writing. The deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs after the sketch phase, an additional kill fee may apply. Refunds: No refunds will be issued once design work has commenced. 7. Ownership & Usage Rights: Upon full payment, you will receive ownership rights to the final logo design. The logo will not be used for any other purpose beyond portfolio and process posts. 8. Communication Updates: Regular updates will be provided throughout the design process. Please ensure your contact information is up to date.
