Thank you for choosing me for your tattoo! This option is for those who are 100% ready to get tattooed by me and eager to start the design process. Today’s payment is a non-refundable deposit that secures your spot and will be applied to your tattoo session. During our intro call, we’ll discuss your ideas, begin a rough sketch, and set the date for your appointment. This process ensures your vision is captured and any questions are answered. Please note, the deposit is required to book your appointment and is non-refundable. However, you can reschedule up to 2 times without penalty if done at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. I look forward to bringing your tattoo idea to life!


Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing LaVan Wright for your tattoo! Please review the following policy to ensure a smooth process. 1. Deposit & Payment Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. This deposit will be applied to your final tattoo session and confirms your commitment. Payment: The deposit is due at booking. The remaining balance is payable at your tattoo appointment. 2. Consultation & Design Process Intro Call: After your booking schedules an intro call to discuss your ideas, start a rough sketch, and set your appointment date. This ensures that your vision is captured. Design: We’ll collaborate on your design during the consultation. Please have your ideas and references ready. 3. Scheduling & Rescheduling Appointment Scheduling: Your tattoo date will be set and confirmed during the consultation. Rescheduling: You may reschedule up to 2 times without penalty if you notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling within 48 hours results in forfeiting your deposit. No-Shows: Missing your appointment without notice will forfeit your deposit. 4. Cancellation Policy Non-Refundable Deposit: The deposit is non-refundable. Canceling will result in losing the deposit, but it may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if rescheduled with 48 hours' notice. 5. Health & Safety Client Responsibility: Please be in good health for your appointment. If you’re unwell, contact us immediately to reschedule. Sanitation: We follow strict health and safety protocols for a clean, safe tattoo session. 6. Final Notes Design Approval: You must approve the final design before the session. Changes after final approval may incur additional costs. Communication: Ensure your contact info is accurate. We will send appointment reminders and updates via email or phone.
