Tattoo Artist, Graphic Designer, Clothing Designer and Painter – are just a few gems that the “All Around Artist,” LaVan Wright has decorated his crown with.

For more than eight years, the Queens native has been sketching out his own creative blueprint, allowing him to venture into the different forms of art. In 2008, Lavan collabed with his cousin Brian, creating the clothing line, Kreemo. While serving as the Creative Director of the Kreemo, LaVan had the ability to customize any logo or design, making it easy to attract business from other artists while also creating a fanbase. Kreemo was able to capture the attention of artists like Wiz Khalifa, Lupe Fiasco, Machine Gun Kelly, and Future – just to name a few.

As Kreemo came to a halt, Lavan welcomed the personal growth that accompanied his experience. He found himself interested in painting and tattooing. LaVan began painting on canvas and murals, having one of them reposted by Nicki Minaj on her social media platform, Instagram. After obtaining his tattoo license, he became a fulltime tattoo artist at Think Before You Ink Studios in Queens, NY.

While witnessing the outcome of his paintings and tattoos, LaVan invested in his nine year graphic design expertise. This platform allowed him to create his own business, making logos and creating mixtape covers and single art for his peers as well as upcoming artists and professionals. LaVan has performed graphic design work for many artists such as Trey Songz, Mike Will, Wiz Khalifa, Rae Sremmurd and Vashtie. He has also done digital design for RocaWear, SlowBucks and Sprayground.

Lucky enough to being to create for others while showcasing his artistry, LaVan was able to find his true passion, creating for himself. Although, he has collaborated with clothing designers such as Vinny Styles and High Volume, this past February he birthed his sole clothing line, CuffLink, starring his character the one eye bandaided heart.

LaVan’s versatility allows him to always be a step ahead in the art game. After finishing up the part two CuffLink release, LaVan plans on travelling, doing tattoo tours and creating more murals. He isn’t afraid of the obstacles or mistakes that may come his way, for that is his core inspiration.
